Now, as much as I like doing loans for folks, I will not do a refinance loan that doesn’t give you some benefit. If it doesn’t make sense to do the loan, then I’ll tell you, honestly. But, if it does make sense, I’ll suggest the best way to go about it. The way I would do it if it were my loan. And, I’ll give you options on rates and costs so that you can choose what’s best for you and your family. We can even work out no cost loans.
